I know this has been asked numerous times but still I need to confirm as I'm not consulting any lawyer or consultant at the moment! I just got my evaluation from WES and it says:

CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMARY

Bachelor's degree (three years) and bachelor's degree (four years)

Name on Credential: XXXX

Credential Authentication: Documents were sent directly by the institution

Country: India

Credential: Bachelor of Computer Applications

Year: 2013

Awarded By: XXXXX

Status: Recognized Institution

Major/Specialization: Computer Applications

Canadian Equivalency: Bachelor's degree (three years)

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Name on Credential: XXXX

Credential Authentication: Documents were sent directly by the institution

Country: New Zealand

Credential: Postgraduate Diploma

Year: 2016

Awarded By: Unitec Institute of Technology

Status: Recognized Institution

Major/Specialization: Computing

Canadian Equivalency: Bachelor's degree (four years)

Now does that comes to:
1) 120 Point: Bachelor's degree OR a three or more year program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute.

2) 128 Point: Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years

It does make a big difference for me as option one will get me 42X points whereas second option will get me 455 points :) Waiting for responses as it is of quite importance to me. Thanks in Advance!

I would be inclined to say (2) - Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years.
Both of them in fact are "three or more years". The criteria don't imply that the diplomas/degrees can't be for the same level (e.g. two Bachelor degrees).

(1) is definitely meant for a single Bachelor's degree. Anything added on top of it (any diploma/degree/certificate) that WES acknowledges as such, would give pts. for (2). So you will get 128pts.
