Hi looking for help can I apply for a skilled worker under the NOC code of 1114 I know if I have a job offer then I can. I sent in my application FEB 08 and now the new list of 38 occupations have come around since the end of FEB 08 am not one of them does it make a difference that I applied 02 Feb 08 as I am seriously doubting myself?
I have travelled to Toronto to speak to a few finaincial instiutions and they are more than willling to offer me a job but getting them to put a job offer down on a bit of paper for me without a SIN number seems to be a bit of a problem
