more than ONE month, NO confirmation, NO biometric request!! PLEASE HELP

Hello,

I applied for my bro on the 5th of may online. we live in UAE. since then i didn't receive any confirmation letter or biometric request?? it only says under details ( your action is required).. I tired contacting the embassy but they don't answer the phone. i can't find anyone to ask or contact. the semester starts on Sep and I'm afraid he would miss it. please heeeeelp

I don't really know . you should get the biometric request when you applied . because you should submit the bemostric whithin 30 days after applying . try to contact the VFS as you should submit the biometric there . the will tell you what to do
