1- If i have no space in the application and i used extra sheet, is there a specific phrase i should write in the application provided space like "find attached extra sheet" or something like that?

2- I dont have space to write my full occupation title (Mechanical engineer), Can i use the abbreviation of the word engineer "engr."? (i guess i shouldnt use extra sheet for just one word).

3- Education number of years : 2 nursery, 5 elementary , 3 high school, 5 university.. Total = 15 or 13(excluding nursery) ?

4- If my spouse repeated 1 year in university, should this year be counted in the total number of education years?

Yes you can write Mechanical Engr

Exclude the nursery year and write 5,3,5=13

Job title doesn't matter but the most important thing is that you should be able to
perform the lead statement role and 60%-80% of a mechanical engineer main duties.

i made a mistake and forgot to mention 3 years preparatory (after the elementary), so are they added to the elementary years or high school years?
" 8-3-5" or " 5 -6-5" ?

Typically, education means Grade 1 onwArds till end of highest qualification.

Yup i know what should be written on the extra sheet, but I mean what to write in the answering area in the application form itself, could it be "find attached extra sheet" or just leave the answer area blank and they would see the extra sheet anyway ?
