More question about CIT0002E form

Hi experts,
some more questions about the CT0002 form:

1) for Section 4A, i should just write the name of the city where i was born (Munich)? In my passport, it shows the PROVINCE name (Bavaria) as birth place. I am thinking should i put it like: <city name>, <province name>, say, Munich,Bavaria.

2)For Sec 6E, the resident addresses should be provided. The thing is, i have several short rent experience in Montreal (1-2 months). I changed places frequently bcoz i tried to find a quiet place.
My question is, will the CIC stuff check my rent history during the procedure? Or they just ask me to provide rent contracts during the final interview?

3)Sec 11: Should I put N/A for all the blocks ? I mean, including the "Signature of INDIVIDUAL" block.

as far as I know, you can put your city name and province name as well "Munich (Bavaria Province)". its a choice (however Munich is sufficient in City/town box. Germany in country box...!!! But it should match with ur passport record. if it says Bavaria then you mention "Munich/Bavaria " They would know its a province ..

Yes I think all the addresses in the last 4 years should be listed... not excluding any period of time...! if 1 or 2 months (perhaps you can aggregate it and put in it one address..) but better to list all addresses...to be on the safe side...!

Section 11) if you put "No" then no need to write N/A on the empty boxes. You have already answered the question with Yes or No...!!
