Hello,

I don't know what to expect, but we had the test on DEC 22 /11 and so far...in process..I called to ask and they said they are doing criminal check, because the previous had been expired. I am kind of worried even if we passed the test...it took so long. They don't tell us anything in addition, I mean for the test results. Does anybody have any information about similar case? Thanks a lot!

As far as I know the background/criminal check expires in a year and when you take the oath you have to have a valid one. You probably had to wait a long time for your test and your criminal check expired. There is nothing to worry about. I am not sure how long it takes but I am guessing that it won't take more than 6 months. Good luck!

This is exactly what we were told. I hope we passed the test, I don't know how long it takes to receive a notice for judge if we haven't passed. Thanks a lot!
