If I choose MONTREAL COLLEGE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY for the first year and LASALLE college for the second year,may I eligible for csq which is pre-requisite for pr in Quebec..?And also am I eligible for 3 year work permit?

Csq is by program and not by college.
