If anyone has hearing with Judge Veronica Johnson, make sure you either have a witness or record the hearing. Make sure you ask her to provide all specific concerns she has about residency. There's proof she is not revealing her real concerns in the hearing and only listing them in the decision. Also if you feel uncomfortable raise it immediately in the hearing and lodge a complaint with the Senior Citizenship Judge.

Please refer to the case below, where the applicant raised the issue that Judge VJ didn't let him know what concerns she has about the application.

Case name Saad v. Canada (Citizenship and Immigration)
Court (s) Database Federal Court Decisions
Date 2013-05-29
Neutral citation 2013 FC 570
File numbers T-896-12

Issues

[16] Strangely, the applicant is not directly challenging the citizenship judge’s choice of residency test (or, rather, residency tests) for assessing his citizenship application. The applicant raises only two issues in his written submissions: (i) whether the citizenship judge erred in assessing the evidence and concluding that the applicant did not meet the residency requirements set out in paragraph 5(1)(c) of the Act; and (ii) if so, whether she had a duty to convey her comments and questions to the applicant so that he would have the opportunity to clear up any doubts and respond to any concerns raised.
