At first, it seems we can't access the MonProjet portal anymore and you will be redirected to Arima Portal if you try. With that not sure if we will get any messages to our emails inbox.
I was looking for the refund process and stumbled on the link below.

I am aware of the refund on Dec 16th, but the link above made me confused. For me it seems we need to fil lthe form in the link and submit it to get the refund. Any ideas?
