MoM / MBA in Canada After 3yr Graduation

I'm planning to take up MoM in University of Windsor. But I have completed BBM in Finance, but as per the Uni requirement it says 16yrs. Do they accept 15yrs as well ? Can anyone help me with this plz.

or suggest any Uni graduate program from Ontario
