This is not a job site. Since she lives in Fort McMurray she should visit the local employment office. She needs to expand her job search beyond Indeed. She may need to go door to door to restaurants/retail that have signs up looking to hire. Is there a local chamber of commerce that has job listings.

There aren’t a ton of opportunities in Fort McMurray proper. Has she considers applying for a job in one of the remote camps or relocating to somewhere else where finding employment may be easier. This is a very tough time of year to get hired except season jobs. Most employers do very little hiring between the end of November and mid January due to the holidays. The Canadian economy is also in a recession so many employers are not hiring and many are actually laying people off. Would encourage her to consider other locations where there may be more opportunities. What is her education and work history?
