Hello Folks ,
I received an ITA recently and while I started filling the online form I see there is a section where they ask to mention all the places I lived in past 10 years , even months stay is expected to be included .
I lived in Japan for 4 months in 2017 for an onsite project . However I did not included that in my application's Work History section before ITA , and showed that period as working in India . It was 4 months with the same employer , and I did not had a Japan pay stub to support my work exp .
My NOC code , Designation and duties were all same through out that period .
So now that I need to add my Japan "Lived" details , I will have to add the Work experience details for those 4 months in Japan and correct dates of the India .
So it will look something like
India 2014 - 2017
Japan 2017 - 2017
Indian 2017- 2019
So My question is , If I edit my foreign work experience , by splitting 2014 - 2019 period into India and 4 months of 2017 in Japan will it be fine ?
Will this be considered as mis-representation ? Will LOE be enough for this ?
Please note : I worked for the same employer for that duration in india as well as japan , under same manager , same NOC and duties . I can also get Reference letter for Japan Work Experience , unfortunately I do not have Salary slips of those 4 months .
Your insights will be very valuable for me .
Regards.
