Modifying / Deleting an academic record entry from WES account

Hi,

How to modify/delete an academic record entry from my WES account.

After creating account i realized that a particular academic record is not required.

Have already contacted WES on their contact us page, with my reffernce number. What else can be done ?

Will this be an issue and delay the ECA process ?
