I received my ITA in the draw on 25th April, 2018. My total CRS score is 477. I am the primary applicant in the application.

I am in the process of procuring documents but am facing some issues in getting LOR for my wife and for my previous work experience.

1. My wife's total work experience is close to 6 years - employment in 2 companies. However, LOR is difficult to procure for both. I modified my profile after ITA and added this entire experience in personal history. The CRS score is still 477, i.e., no points were awarded for this experience.

2. I too have close to 6 years work experience- 2 stints at the same company. My first stint at company X was for 3 years from 2010 to 2013. However, my managers and superiors have all left the company and it is difficult to procure LOR for this period. HR is not being helpful either.
My second stint at the same company is from 2015 and is my present job. This time I joined at a different job role which has a different NOC code from the the first stint. I am able to procure LOR for this stint which is about 2 years 9 months.
So basically, I am getting LOR from the same company for my current job but not getting it for my previous stint from the same company. I hope this is not going to raise further suspicion/ doubts, even though I am still well above the cutoff even without claiming any point for my previousstint in the company.

I have removed the first stint of 3 years and added in personal history. My recalculated CRS score is 452 which is still over the cutoff of the draw on 25th April, 2018, which was 441.

Can I go ahead and submit my profie with these modifications? Even with these changes my profile is still above cutoff and does meet all minimum criteria.

Please provide inputs if anyone has any experience or knowledge about such a scenario.
