Thank you all for the help, advice and suggestions in what NOC I could use and if I have a chance!
The only work experience I could use is in my opinion definitely a skilled job, but it's:
- Not a traditional job at all, exists only in very few, modern customer service companies
- Hybrid: close to HR but not HR, close to trainer but not trainer, and with an essential component of numbers analysis
I paste you the job duties as the company put them in my recommendation letter (I tried to divide them in similar groups):
- Provide effective, accurate and constructive feedback to reviewers and create action plans to ensure continuous improvement while driving for positive employee satisfaction
- Build relationships with key internal and external quality stakeholders. Be able to negotiate and arrive to agreement on discussions around quality vs. productivity, considering all business needs
- Support the training department in developing new and refresher training material for processes & systems
- Effectively communicate new or changed processes through coaching and feedback
- Proactively work with process mentors from both internal and external departments
- Work closely with Team Leaders and Operations Managers within each language group to identify knowledge gaps, create action plans to bridge them and achieve all goals
- Support trainer with training creation of new material and delivery
- Deliver refresher training based on quality results
- Work closely with the existing training team
- Conduct continuous Training Needs Analysis
- Manage refresher sessions for agents
- Provide coaching sessions for QAs
- Ensure no re-occurring error trends
- Follow up on RCA action plans
- Identify and address learning needs in the team
- Ensure assigned study material is revised
- Conduct weekly team updates including Quality awareness
- Build strong, lasting relationships with your clients, colleagues and senior management
- Share knowledge and support colleagues to build the right culture
- Follow strict criteria of analysis and templates to evaluate quality performance
- Consolidate quality metrics from all areas and prepare reports for management and the client, tracking trends and ensuring the realisation of action plans
- Analyse processes and suggest improvements in quality criteria. Evaluate and on-board improvement suggestions from other areas
- Ensure absolute consistency in measurement across the business and strive for objectivity and efficiency
- Work against established SLAs and metrics and be evaluated by the degree of their achievement
- Gain and ensure excellent knowledge of system & processes
- Measure the impact of learning interventions on key business metrics
- Conduct team level error analysis
- Quality Calibration alignment
- Proactively highlight areas of risk and failure and escalate to the appropriate channels to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Provide inputs on risks for new projects
- Identify Best Practices from a domain perspective across industry and adopt best in class metrics to processes in-house
- Innovate within the Line of Business to ensure all processes and standards across the Line of Business is consistent
- Responsible for QA calibrations and alignment between KRK & Dublin sites
Thank you all for the help, advice and suggestions in what NOC I could use and if I have a chance!
