Mistske in surname and given name

I applied visit visa recently in new portal and got email from ircc client information summery . In which I found a mistake in my surname and given name was wrong entered . My biometric was also updated and all other information is correct even in ircc portal given name and surname is also correct . For this I raised a web form to my embassy Abu Dhabi. Still confuse it will effect on my TRV application
