mistakenly used old application form, but there is only chage is date:- Help

Dear all,
I am new to this blog.

I applied for FSW 2013. But was unable to reach within the cap.
(applied in oct 30,2013)

But for FSW 2014 i send my application within first week.

From this blog i came to know that some application was returned due to use of old schedule 3 form.
(is this mean that the old schedule form was totally different from the new one, does any one have the old schedule form)

But because of my silly mistake, i used the same base application form that i used for FSW 2013.

I could see updates in application generic form, check-list, schedule 3 form and use of representative.

But when checked the old that i used in oct 2013 and the new form, the only change i can find is in the date.

I am worried that my application will be returned because of not using the recent form and not be able to included within the cap.

I am thinking of resending the application, but is it possible to send the multiple application?

Other option is to wait for the result and act accordingly.

You can not send multiple applications. The only thing is pray this is not spotted or wait for your application to be returned.

Unless you have a UCI or you sent in your application 3 months ago(both of which do not apply to you in this case),CIC will not entertain any call from anyone.You can only hope and pray for the best.

5. Multiple applications may be accepted,
If an individual has a year or more of work experience in more than one eligible occupation, he or she may apply to the FSW program under each occupation.
Generally speaking, applicants may apply as many times as they like, under the same program or multiple programs.
However, they must pay a separate application fee for each application.

Friend,don't be deceived by that article.Once it is discovered you used an old form your application will be sent back to you.

You can send another application if you want to but be sure to include ORIGINAL IELTS TRF and ECA

That means i can send the another application before waiting my last application to be returned to me?

(I checked my application track of FSW 2013 intake and found that ,
Send application date: 26th oct, 2013
My application reached : 30th oct, 2013
They checked with red color on 31st oct 2013,
Retuned application via normal post on jan,15 2014,(they retuned only after 2.5 months)- overcapp
Received retuned application - 28 feb,2014)

It seems that if i wait i will be too late to enter within the cap.

Thank you for your valuable advise as always,

I am planning to go for multiple application, with updated forms,

Last time when my document was returned due to over cap, cic has written UCI number in my generic application form,
but i didn't include in the last application(with old form),

I would appreciate if you can give me suggestion for the following questions

1.Do i need to put UCI number in the form?

2.Should i put a cover letter stating that reason of sending the second complete application without the return of first one?
