Mistake on PR Application within Canada

Hi

I am so stressed as i made a mistake on my PR application, i wrote on my application that i was studying Nursing, but am currently not, the reason for that is, by the time i was filling my application i got a letter from the Collage and i thought i was accepted cause they send me a Student Number, and it turned out i was not accepted but had to do a chemistry test which i failed. Now worried that they might call the collage to inquire if am a student there which i am not, and they might think i lied..

I don't know if i am making any sense but i am really worried as i made a mistake as i thought i was accepted.

I did my medicals in February 2014 and still have not gotten any respond from Immigration, every time i call to inquire am told they doing a background check..

this is really putting me into depression...

will this mistake affect my application or they will understand

please help

Send an update of the change of your situation. Attached the document as a proof that you were not accepted in Nursing and the documnet proving you took the exam for Chemistry and failed. Send it to the same address where you sent your application. Put your Client ID or File # anywhere on the addressed envelope where CIC can see it. So they can attached your updates to your application.

Attached a letter explaining what happen for your peace of mind.
