Mistake on my POE

Hi there:

Immigration made a mistake in one of my surnames on my POE.

You told me that I have to prepare a paperwork and to send it to immigration, but I can't cost a mail delivery to Canada.

Is there any other way to send this form to candian immigration?
I understand your process, but you made a mistake. So I think is not so fair if I have to spend extra money and time.

Please. I need an easy solution.
