I just received my PR card and the eye colour is "Black".....
It was also shown as "Black" on the CoPR, but the officer changed it to "Brown" in the system and wrote a remark on the CoPR.
So I just wondering is that necessary to reissue the PR card?

2016.10.20 open work permit
2017.2.14 medical exam

2018.1.12 receive PR card
