Mistake in the eMedical Information Sheet

I have undergone an Upfront Medical Examination for Canada at one of the IOM Health Centre in January 2017.

While looking at the Applicant Information Sheet, i just noticed that my Passport Expiry Date (i.e. Day of Expiry) has been typed mistakenly by the IOM Staff. Rest all particulars are correct.

Is there any way to rectify the same? or should i just proceed with this E-Visa Report? I have been trying to reach the respective IOM Health Centre but no response is being received.

Kindly advise. Should i undergo one more Medical Examination?

Rectify with the Medical site. Only they can correct this.

Thanks ... i m trying to get in contact with them since past two days. However, yet they didn't picked up calls or even responded to the emails. I hope this would work out.
