Mistake in supplementary information-Travel History form

I just noticed that I made a mistake in the supplementary information-Travel History form (IMM5662).

I lived in Canada from Aug,2008 to Aug, 2012. My spouse stays with me in Canada from January, 2010 to August, 2012. She also previously stays in Singapore on a vacation for 29 days in year 2007.

I included all trips for myself including short (couple of days) and long (~1460 days in Canada).

However, I forgot to include my spouse stay in Canada (~968 days) from Jan,2010 to Aug, 2012 in the travel history form. I did mention them (her stay in Canada) in main Generic application form in list of countries lived in past 5 years and in her Background declaration form in personal history and addresses.

I did mention her short stay in Singapore in the travel history form.

Is it going to be a problem? Do we really need to include stays like 1000 days in travel history form or only short trips/vacation (less than 6 months)?

Feeling so stressed. I would really appreciate your answer.

You need to notify CIC for sure. But how really depends on the outcome of AOR. If your applicaion is returned for this reason there is nothing you could do except filing the application again. But if you receive AOR (i think based on currect trends you should get aor in ~15 days) send the updated travel history form and request the VO to attach it to your application (Put in a detailed covering letter explaining why you are resending this form)

hi there crama13, if the past application , (a year oold or so,) has few mistakes (after looking at the gcms), do you think this can be corrected?
