Hello, I applied to extend my work permit and after submitting the documents and paying the fees I noticed my wife’s family name and given names are in the wrong blank, should I withdraw this application? Or is there a way to fix it by contacting them? Everything else is ok, is just the main imm 5710 form where the name is wrong. Thank you
