I received 15 points for my Canadian Spouse's sibling, who is also a citizen of Canada. I did not realize that I was not eligible to receive points for her sibling as you cannot receive any points from a Canadian partner.
The 15 points would put me below the minimum score for my ITA, so I expect my application will be rejected. I did not receive or lose any points for having a Canadian partner in other criteria.
I have already submitted my PR application. Is it possible for me to withdraw my application before it is processed? If it is processed, what are the consequences once CIC sees that I have made a mistake? I misunderstood the question regarding my partner accompanying me to Canada, but I would have declined my invitation if I knew that I was not eligible.
