Mistake in pgwp application

I applied for pgwp and i am waiting for decision from last 4 months but now I realise i made mistake that i select open work permit instead of pgwp in immi form but rest application is good like education documents and so on i am worried about decision can anyone help me please…

You can raise a web form, but you should be good.
