Mistake in Passport

Hello,

I'm applying for express entry through the FSW and I'm a dual national. The problem I have is that my birthplace is written wrong on one of my passports (not the main one I'm applying with for EE).

Would this be an issue? Do I need to explain this error in a letter of explanation?

I think you should get an affidavit and then attach a LOE

About the affidavit and LOE, what do you think they should contain?

Pointing out the error, the reason behind it, and which of the passports contains the correct place of birth?
