Mistake in EE profile after receiving ITA

I accepted the 600 point nomination from Ontario yesterday and got ITA today. Only for me to review my EE profile now and realise I made a mistake in the number of family members I have. I said 3 instead of 4. totally forgot to include myself. I can't seem to edit this mistake as the information is locked. The only option available is to "view form"

What do I do guys? Anyone, please!!!

You can either decline ITA and wait for next draw. Since you have 600 points from OINP, you are guaranteed to get another invite, or list the correct number of family members in your application form and give a brief explanation in your LOE that it was a genuine mistake.
