I have applied for spouse sponsorship . In my forms i have mentioned street 23 but its appearing as only 23 , do i need to notify this mistake to canada visa office?
My name has been changed after marriage in my national identity card as well as passport but my applicant name is appearing as my previous one, is it ok?

If you have changed your name since your application went in, then you need to contact your VO and get them copies of your new documents so they can make the necessary changes on your application. I am not sure what you mean by street 23 and only seeing 23. If the way it is written will get your mail to you, then it should be fine. If it is incorrect and your mail will not arrive at it's destination, then by all means, correct it.

Are you the sponsor, or sponsored person?
If sponsored, you need the name what appears on your passport, if not, I wouldn't be too concerned, but contact the VO either way to confirm.
They also ask for contact if address is changed, so you can email them and describe the mistake, but shouldn't be a big deal, since the postal code (if you are in Canada) will narrow it down to the right mailbox.

Ok, you want your name to be the same as the name on your passport. Example, my wife and I got married ( I sponsored her to Canada), she uses and has changed her drivers license etc to her new last name, but her passport (because is good for 8 more years) is the name used on application.
I would wait until your name appears online, once your sponsors approved to sponsor you, and then notify them of the correct address once you are in the system with YOUR own Client ID#. You can email them, with the information they request, your Client ID#, name etc and ask for confirmation they received your update address in your email.
You can try by phone, but I personally found email worked fine, less time.
