Initially after sending docs to CIO, now you discovered that you made a mistake in the dates of two of your addresses of where you have been living for the past 18 years and now you need to correct it while sending docs to the VO, what is the best way to explain this? Do I need to swear an affidavit to this effect? Or just explain in a cover letter? And what are the implications of this?
