I made a really stupid mistake while creating an express entry profile. for my educational history, I wrote down the same education level twice with different date of completion. first date stated that the study was completed in 2014, and the second date stated that the study is currently ongoing. I thought I deleted the second date before submitting my profile but apparently I didn't. I only realised it several days ago as I recieved ITA and was completing my application. I tried to recalculate my score with CRS calculator, but my score didn't change. Now I don't know if I should decline my invitation so I could go back to the pool and correct my profile or just continue my application and provide a letter of explanation?

That's okay, no need to decline ITA. Just remove that erroneous education now before submitting eAPR. If you notice a drop in points when you click on "Estimate your score" as a result once you finish filling up everything, provide LOE. If not, then there's nothing to worry about.
I tried today to delete the error and preview my score. Fortunately my score didn't change at all. thank you for the tip!
