Me and my family were sent Medical instructions in January 2013 and we went for medical checkup and the report has already been sent to London visa office.

But all of sudden today i just noticed little mistake in the medical form that the visa office has mentioned my son's Surname as his Given name and his Given name as his Surname,so just want to ask if it will be a problem for our application or it isn't a big deal as the spellings are correct, its just that the surname has been mentioned under given name and the given name has been mentioned under surname !

If anyone else has gone through same problem than pls do share his/her experience with me (will realy appreciate)

I'm sure that I have seen another thread where the same error was present. Maybe search will find it for you. I think it was not a big problem.

It is important to correct the error before you land. Check your entire application package"

If you filled the form correctly and CIC made a mistake, you can send an email or fax pointing out the error.
If you made the mistake, perhaps consider re-submitting the specific form with your son's correct order of names.
