Misspelled name in Birth Certificate & Remaining Documents

Hi,

Am planning to apply for PR under FSW,
my mom's name and my name are misspelled in birth certificate from the remaining documents (10th, 12th, Degree & Passport) which all have correct spelling.

1. Is that OK to process PR with Birth Certificate which has misspelled name(mom's & mine) on it or do I have to change the spelling in Birth Certificate to match the remaining documents(10th, 12th, Degree & Passport)?
2. Is that ok to file for PR with all the remaining documents (10th, 12th, Degree & Passport) except Birth Certificate?

Could you please clarify......

Could you please clarify......

No worry, do not submit your birth certificate instead make an affidavit for the same. Even if you required you can change your birth certificate with new one with correct spelling.

My name is Syed Umair Ali
My name is misspelled in my all educational document which is Syed Omair Ali,but in passport and other id its correct
Do u think it will be ok to apply
