Mississauga office, how long it take to receive certificate after Oath

Hey,
I had my Oath on 11th may, i have some travel plans, the clerk wasnt helpful, she told me we cant sent urgent certificate for that,
Ecas updated on 13th to be completed, tracked updated on 16th to be closed.
When i can expect to have the certificate?
