LOL. I just moved to Mississauga from Ottawa and I've been told in ottawa that the processing time was almost 6 months for majority of the people. I guess move at a very wrong time Let's see

So the so called new bill C-6 is implemented. What about us who have applied like 6 months ago..First sort out old applicants then launch these bills..huh

1. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on March 13, 2017.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on March 28, 2017.
3. We started processing your application on April 12, 2017.

Finally.... I received an email this morning to appear for citizenship test on Nov 17th
