Missing UCI, biometrics information and client application summary

I submitted a visitors visa application for myself, son and daughter. The UCI, biometrics information and clients application summary were in the application status for myself and daughter but is missing for my son's application. What should I do?

Hi @RishiRShah . I am in this situation now. (My brother did not but my mom and sister in law got it)
Hope to here from you what will be my next step on this.

My brother received it today (Nothing done from my end). Replying only to close my question.

I applied super visa for my parents yesterday, and my father got his client application summary right away the the BCL in 4 hours but nothing for my mom, my mom doesn't have an UCI number. don't know what happened.
