Missing trips in CBSA report

Hello,

My wife ordered and received the CBSA report. Most of the road trips between 2008 and 2010 (crossing boarders from USA to Canada specifically through Windsor) are NOT captured/shown in the report.

Is that normal?

Could we correct the report or obtain another correct report from another party?

same here. I also noted a lot of missing road trips.
They recorded a couple of road trips and somehow failed to show the others.
Can't seem to understand the logic of how that is possible.
same car, same point of entry into canada and same documentation..............
