I had worked at the bank bmo as a customer service supervisor and i never got a ref letter from them n now im employed with TD but i neeed to apply for CEC since my PGWP expires soon in dec.. I have gone back to my ex manager n assistant manager but they r not willing to give me a ref letter bcz HR does nt support it :/ I talked to HR they wont even bother talk to me properly 
..I have my T4, NOA and pay stubs but no other document to proof my position and job duties no offer of employment or any other documents :/ .. I dont knw wht to do :$ should i send my app with an exp letter why the ref letter is missing.Also im wondering if the ref letter is not there te appliation is probably consideredd incomplete n they wont issue AOR :s I worked there for 9 months n m using another 3 months of exp from another job n the manager there gave me a ref letter .
