MISSING POINTS IN MY EE. PLEASE HELP!

Hello,

Please I really need help with my EE Application.

I have withdrawn and re-created my application several times. even deleted profile and created another several times as technical issues keep affecting my application and they never get resolved.


My Issue:

I created a new application as the old one expired due to English test expiration.
I made sure I saved all the information I had on the old application in order for the new application to have the same information.

For some reason, the 26 points I had for CRS- Foreign work experience disappeared,
CEC- says "NOT MET" but in the old profile and application, it was "MET" and the information hasn't changed either,
I received the extra 30 points for education.

My Lawyer and I have filed several technical reports and I keep getting response that says "EE points are assigned based on information provided." It's really frustrating because the information is still the same. I have lost out on selections due to this problem and they are not doing anything about it.

I don't know what else to do. I keep filing tech report and keep deleting and re-creating profiles but nothing has changed.

Also, I added my new passport information and I didn't have the "CONTINUE" option that allows you to transmit. I filed a tech report for the past 7 days and no one has responded.
So, I went ahead to withdraw the application and recreate, now it transmitted but my extra 30 points is missing and my CEC still "NOT MET" neither have I even gotten invited by Ontario Province since they resumed heir PNP program.
My CRS- Transferability Foreign work experience point is still not added, and I have given up on that. But let everything else be fixed.

Is anyone else asides from me getting this type of issues, if so, what did you do to resolve them?

Yes I stated the dates and NOC of my Canadian work experience. If I didn't have Canadian work experience I wouldn't qualify in the first place to apply under CEC. All the information is there and that is what is confusing.

Could it also be because my Canadian work experience is more the 3 years already?
I mean, the work experience I used in applying under CEC?
could that be a thing?

I updated my application and the points suppose to go down from 419 to 411. CIC did not update the score in my profile after making changes. I received the invitation to apply as my score still shows 419

I think there is an issue updating scores in CIC website

Yes! I believe there is an issue. my score was supposed to be 444 after updating, instead it reduced to 414, and now it has reduced to 388. the extra 30 points is not there and my 26 points that I had for foreign work experience has not been put back since January.
The technical support is not doing anything to really look into the issue.
I have missed out on selections due to this issues.
It's really frustrating me.

Now my CEC showing "not mer" but I qualified to go into the pool with my Canadian work experience.
when you call customer service, they tell you they don't handle EE and ask you to file tech report, but nothing has been done since Janaury. and i have still not gotten invited due to all these glitches

I have the same issue here. Lost all my foreign work experience points without any change in my application. I cant delete the profile as I already have an invitation to apply,but If i sendt my residency application without my missing points i will be under the points limit and my application will be refused. This is beyond frustrating!!! If any one has a solution ,i would be over the moon happy.

I deleted everything in my work history ,and re-entered it to no luck. Time is running out and i do not know what to do.

ok. i Found my mistake. In pool application I separated every position i had within one company to make sure it was being clear on my work history,
In EE application they did not acknowledge this since my work then got separated into 6 months there,12 months there and so on.
I kept the same job title over 3 years within the company just different departments, so when I changed this to one job period in EE application i got my points back. Owner will specify my job tasks in reference letter and I hope that will be sufficient.
