I was preparing and gathering my documents for my study permit application for months. In January when I thought I was ready to submit my application, I added my passport scans into my documents, however my consultant advised me to add some extra documents to strengthen my application and so I did. During the time it took for me to gather the extra documents, I travelled to another country and I cancelled my student visa in my country of residence as well. So there were 2 changes in my passport but I forgot to update my scans before I submit my application. The country I was studying in made it compulsory to cancel your study permit before you exit the country. That’s why I had to cancel my study visa. And the other country I travelled to was to go there to wait for my biometrics as my home country does not have any VAC.
