Missing one family member's CSQ

Hello!
I have applied CSQ for myself, spouse and children. Received CSQ for myself and children only. My spouse's CSQ was not in the mail.
Shall I write letter to them and wait or any other fastest way to get it...?
Is it possible that we can see / access our CSQ certificates online...?
Please advise.

All the CSQs come in single envelope so most probably MIDI office forgot to send your wife's CSQ.

CSQ cannot be accessed or downloaded online. You will need to send a signed cover letter to MIDI letting them know that they forgot to mail your wife's CSQ and request them to send original/duplicate CSQ.

If you are already in Quebec then no other way to expedite delivery.
If you are outside of Quebec or Canada, then you can expedite delivery of CSQ by providing some local Quebec address ( friend or relative) and then asking that friend/relative to send your CSQ by some fast courier service.
