Missing oath ceremony email for 1 family member!

We applied for citizenship as a family in 2019. We are a family of 4. I just received the oath ceremony email for my kids 3 days ago, and my husband received his at the same time, and it is scheduled for them on Jan 24, which is in 4 days! As for me, I still didn't receive mine, and when I log onto my CIC account, I still see the status for the oath as "Not Started".
I tried to send them an email at "CIC-Mississauga-Citizenship@cic.gc.ca" and I tried to call but no reply. Also, our circumstances are the same, when we traveled outside Canada we all traveled together, and that was around 2 months in the past 6 years.
Did anyone experience something like this before?

I still see the status for the oath as "Not Started".
Looks like your application might have not been finalized (oath ready) yet. If the tracker shows oath is not started, then that is most likely true and not an error. In all cases I have seen so far, the tracker is always updated before one receives the email so it looks like you will not receive an email and you are not scheduled for a ceremony yet.
