Missing mark sheets for spouse's Bachelor's degree

I have received ITA and observed that I've lost the original mark sheets for my spouse's Bachelor's degree. I have WES evaluation ONLY for her highest degree (Masters). I have listed her Bachelor's degree in the express entry profile and answered NO to the question "Has ABC had an ECA within the past 5 years for this degree”.

Will I be required to upload her Bachelor's degree /mark sheets in the e-APR even if I answer NO to the ECA evaluation question? Please advise if its safe to proceed, or do you suggest to decline the invite and remove the Bachelor's section from profile, and wait for another ITA?

You don't need the marksheet. You need a scan of the degree/diploma/certificate.
