Missing landing paper

Hello all,

I got the final decision two weeks ago and CIC send me the letter (landing paper) last week.
According to my tracking number, the mail was delivered last Thursday but the letter is missing now.

Does anyone have the same problem before?
I'd appreciate any pieces of advice or suggestions.

You are talking about COPR, correct? What do you mean by missing, did you lose it or it wasn't sent in the first place, you will need to contact your VO ASAP and let them know regarding this issue.
