Missing information on IMM form

Hi, Am very stressed out. My application under family class for sponsorship got refused as my sponsor was in default. We already cleared the debt and re-apply.
But today I have download the application package from the permanent resident portal and while checking the forms, I realised that I forgot to fill whereI lived before.
I have not received my AOR yet. What should I do?

Is your immediate family a PR or citizen of Canada?
This is for "FAMILY class sponsorship". Only if you spouse or parents (if you are 21 or younger and single) can sponsor you.
