Missing Ietls exam, cannot create express entry profile due to COVID19

Hi,
My open work permit will expire in the end of July, I was planning to take Ietls exam and send my spouse credentials to get that assessed.
Right now, i'm not being able to do my ietls exam and send my wife credentials to be assessed by WES.
Can anyone provide any assistance???
