Missing given names on the parent sponsorship invitation letter

Hi all,

I got an invite to sponsor my parents for PR but the letter is missing my given name. I looked back on YouTube to remember how the form looked like and there was a checkbox for "I confirm I don't have a given name" ... I am concerned I clicked that by mistake assuming it is a confirmation for the name, also I am worried I have done that for the rest of the form ... But there is no way to know.

The signature included my name also I submitted a passport bio scan.

I am planning to write a letter of explanation... any suggestions or advice.

Guys to make this clear

Did people who got invite to sponser parents got a letter with Dear <last name> ... or Dear <full name>

My letter included only Dear <last name> with no DOB.

I found one similar on facebook from previous year

So I am not sure if those letters should include full name. My concern is I clicked "I don't have a give name" box at the time by mistake
