My friend who also applied for FSW received his 120 days notice from Sydney NS. His question is his FIRST employment certificate (one year experience only and this was 10 years ago, 1997) is missing. All of his documents are available except for this one. By the way he has a 8 years solid experience ( after employment from the missing cert) so he can claim for full score on experince.
Does the said employment certificate still important? If yes, what supporting document he will present when submmitting his documents. Take note that he declared that experience in his first submission.
