I would mail whatever was left out or forgotten asap, rather than waiting for the visa people to notice.
I mean, it couldn't hurt, right?
Also, make sure to clearly show your name, DOB, country of birth, passport number, client or kit number, receipt number, date you mailed original application etc etc etc in your package. Hope this helps

mail it asap like it says in the forms if you are missing info it will be sent back to you.If it has already left mississauga to the embassy doing your app send it there.f its still in mississauga send it there.But when i didnt include the medicals as they were lost in canadian customs and were not able to be sent with the ap at the time immigration Canada said hold on to them until they request them.
