Need some urgent help...
I had sent my husband's and mine degree certificates to WES through FEDEX. Our required documents were enclosed separately along with the reference number in separate envelopes and then in one big envelope, I had put both of our envelops and send it through single shipment.
The documents were received by WES within 5 days. Through Fedex we tracked it.
So far my profile was showing that evaluation is in the progress and now I got intimation from wes that they are waiting for my documents. The same two documents which I had couriered.
I had not checked my husband's profile as I thought it would be same like mine(in progress) but now when I check his profile, it's reading 'we are waiting for your documents' which means they have not received documents at all.
Can anybody tell me how to proceed from here?
