Missing Dockument Checklist Items

Hi all,

The application system for ITA was down for scheduled maintenance today. It's back up now but I've just logged in and when I return to my document checklist all but ONE of my work history entries have disappeared!! I had previously uploaded evidence for all of these entries on the checklist and now they have gone, the remaining entry also contains no evidence I had previously uploaded.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?! Or is it part of the update that only one can now be included. Any answers on this would be greatly appreciated as I was due to send off my application today having finished attaining all of my evidence.

Unfortunately, such glitches are common with EE. You will have to input all the information again and, this time around, ensure that you check all the sections are complete before submitting your application.

The entries are still present in my work history, do you mean delete them all and then input them again so they show up on the checklist?

Before you take that step, give the system an hour or so to recover from the 'maintenance'.

If it still shows you an incomplete checklist, you might have to start out with refilling the information section all over again.

I'm having the same issue. I'm missing one of my employment reference section and letter that was previously uploaded. Also missing a section from my dependent's checklist. Do i really have to go through and re-populate the entire application, to fix this?
